Homeless Outreach Programs

Maureen’s Haven Homeless Outreach Programs

At Maureen’s Haven, we provide essential support outreach services to the homeless, those facing homelessness, and the recently housed within our community. We collaborate with community partners throughout the east end to deliver critical services to those who need it most. These services include the Summer Weekend Lunch Program, street outreach and responding to concerns about the homeless in our community, and coordinating services among providers for those individuals who are unable or reluctant to access them directly.
